Several leaseholders have told us that they have received letters from Homeground, who are our immediate landlord's (i.e. Adriatic Land 7 Ltd.'s) agent. According to leaseholders, they have been told that they must register every tenancy agreement for a fee of £75.
Although we would recommend that leaseholders seek advice from their own solicitor, as we are not qualified to advise, paragraph 5.5 of our lease does appear to require leaseholders to register all sublets within four weeks. You can register using the following link:
