The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 8th February 2024:

"We are writing to you in regards to parking permits for your property.

Any new permits that are required will need to be obtained from Watson which they will be able to send out to the address as requested. Any new permits sent out by Watson will be sent out with the site ref of AS041 as this code is now registered to the underground car park of Hungate.

If you do use a parking permit, the permit must state the following information below:

Site Ref: HUNG2 or Leetham House or AS041

Bay Reference Number: Bay number (Not apartment number)

Valid From: 4th January 2022 (or if new, the current date you received the permit) and to: INDEF

VRM: Leave Blank (This can make the permit transferrable to any other vehicle you allow to park in your space)

Issue No: 1 (or 2 if you have a new permit due to the old one being tampered with or lost)

If your permit is found to have been tampered with or sections of the permit scribbled out, the permit will be classed as invalid and will result in a parking ticket. As we have had many residents coming into Hungate and going, some tend to keep the original permits and they will try and use the parking space they originally had. We have to make sure that the parking spaces are always available at all times, but we do ask that you display a valid permit at all times.

If you have followed the above instructions, and you still receive a parking ticket, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@watsonpm.co.uk with a picture of your parking permit and ticket as this will show your condition of the permit and the reason for the parking ticket for us to review.

If your apartment is sub-let, please ensure you notify your tenant of this notice."
