The email below was sent out by Watson, to apartment owners, on the 9th February 2026:
"We are writing to inform you regarding the Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers located in the underground car park.
Please be advised that the EV chargers in the underground car park may no longer be available for use by some residents or may not be accessible at all. BP Pulse notified us at the end of January that they would be discontinuing their services to residential chargers and would gradually phase out their operations nationwide.
It has now been brought to our attention that the underground chargers have been phased out and, as a result, will remain out of use until a new EV charging provider is appointed. We want to assure you that we have engaged a new supplier to reactivate the chargers and are currently awaiting confirmation from them for the resumption of services. Please note that this update concerns the existing EV chargers within the underground car park. At present, there are no plans to install new chargers or relocate the current units.
We will keep you informed in due course about the new supplier and will provide instructions on how to use the chargers once they are operational again."
