The email below was sent out by Watson, to apartment owners and subtenants, on the 11th August 2026:

"It has been brought to our attention that individuals have been smoking what appears to be an illegal substance in the building.

The smoking of illegal substances in the building is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. Such activity can cause discomfort, nuisance, and concern to other residents, as well as negatively impact the safety and wellbeing of the community.

We would like to remind all residents that:

  • Communal areas, including the courtyard, corridors, stairwells, and entrances, must be used respectfully and responsibly. 
  • Illegal drug use will not be tolerated.
  • Residents are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and guests while on the premises.
  • Any reports of illegal activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities for investigation.

We ask for your cooperation in helping to maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant living environment for everyone. If you witness any inappropriate or illegal activity within the building or its grounds, please report it to the relevant authorities. If you believe a crime is taking place or there is an immediate risk to safety, please contact the police on 999.
