The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 11th July 2025:
"We are writing to you all to remind you that while we are going through a heatwave, we have received enquires that washing is placed on the apartments & townhouses courtyards and balconies across the estate.
We know that placing your washing in these areas of your property will dry your clothes quicker, we have to remind you all that it is a breach of your lease to place your washing on balconies and courtyards.
If we receive further enquires with any individuals placing their washing on these areas, we will write to you directly regarding this matter and set up a possible lease breach on the property.
Please can we ask you all to keep your washing inside your properties at all times.
