The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 14th August 2025:
"We are writing to you all to let you know that we are aware that the Roller Gate door to the basement car park is left open.
We have had our roller gate contractors out to assess the matter and found that we have a snapped spring in the roller mechanism, which has led to the brake being jammed on the motor. We are in the process of getting the parts that are required, but the gate will have to remain open for the time being until the parts have been ordered.
We are using this opportunity to let you all know that when the repair work is booked in, we will be advising all of the residents that they will not be able to enter or leave the car park between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on the day, as we will have to get to the areas where it is hard to reach and we can’t allow vehicles to come in and out in the area while the repairs work are being carried out.
We will notify you all of the works and the access arrangement once the work is booked, but we do need to make you aware of this now as it will be happening soon.
