The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 15th August 2025:
"We are writing to you all regarding a water pooling happening in the underground car park bike store that is located under Core 1, Leetham House.
The water that is pooling is caused by a burst pipe that is located on the estate near Leetham House. We have contacted Yorkshire Water on the matter as this falls within their remit to carry out the repairs. They have been to the estate already to assess the pipe, and we are now waiting for a start date for the work.
In the meantime, while we are waiting for Yorkshire Water to attend to the matter, we will check the surrounding areas and any pipework that falls within our responsibility to make sure there is no damage.
