The email below was sent out by Watson, to all apartment owners, on the 24th January 2025:

"We want to make you aware that we have been informed of two enquiries and are dealing with it as we speak.

The underground car park roller door has been manually opened, and it is now stuck open due to this. We have informed the contractor of this, and they will be attending this afternoon to get the roller gate operational and working again. We do advise that residents at Hungate should not attempt to manually open the roller gate whatsoever as it leads to problems and could leave the gate fully shut or open. If there is a fault, you do need to call Watson on the matter on 0113 2738788 so that we can have it investigated or have the repair work carried out.

We also want to make you aware that we know that one of the boarding to the empty plot lands is coming away and we have a contractor attending this afternoon to get the boarding straightened out. This work will be carried out this afternoon.
