The email below was sent out by Watson, to apartment owners and subtenants, on the 25th August 2026:
"We are writing to notify you that Watson will be attending the development to complete the annual apartment door survey.
To comply with the Fire Safety Regulations 2022 annual checks must be completed on all apartment doors to ensure that they are compliant fire doors and to identify if any defects would prevent the door from providing adequate protection in the event of a fire.
The contractor will require access to your apartment to assess the door fully, as such, please kindly ensure someone is available within the apartment on at least one of the specified dates to provide access:
Monday 14th to Friday 18th September between 9am and 4pm
If you are unavailable on these dates, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
