Events

The next Book Club meeting is on the 21st May 2025.

Please make sure you check our Events page regular for any upcoming social events organised by the LHCG.

Do you have a question?

If you have a question about how things work in your apartment, or have a general enquiry, please take a look at our FAQ page. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please contact us, as it may be of interest to other residents.

Do you have an issue to report?

All building issues should be reported to our Managing Agent, Watson, by contacting them on 0113 273 8788. In some cases, the issue may have already been reported, and is being followed up by the LHCG, so please check our list of outstanding issues.

Notices

On occasion, Watson (our Managing Agent) send out important notices to apartment owners (i.e. leaseholders). For various reasons, these notices often don't reach those who are renting, so we recommend that you check our Notices page regularly.

Is there a WhatsApp group?

Yes, the Leetham House Community Group administers its own WhatsApp group, simply called "LHCG".

If you would like to join please contact us.

Are you looking for tradespeople?

If you are looking for recommendations of tradespeople, you may find our Trades page useful, as several residents have recommended electricians, plumbers, joiners, painters, locksmiths, IT services etc.
