Watson have written to notify all leaseholders, and their tenants, that Procleanit will attend the development to complete a fire door survey. To comply with the Fire Safety Regulations 2022 annual checks must be completed on all apartment doors to ensure that they are compliant fire doors and to identify if any defects would prevent the door from providing adequate protection in the event of a fire.
Watson have advised that, after consulting with a fire risk assessor, 3rd party contractors and Lendlease, they are finally in possession of both the PAS:9980 and the EWS1 for Leetham House. These can now be obtained from Watson on request.
One of the main communal soil stacks that serve many apartments that remove the wastewater from the apartments was blocked due to flushing an item in the drain that is not meant to be flushed, causing a blockage in the pipe.
As you may be aware, there is a current issue with the water on site and [Watson] can assure they are on with this and are trying to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
[Watson] are aware that the roller gate to the underground car park is not operating and they have arranged a call out for the engineer to attend as soon as possible.
Please be advised that the contractor has now attended the site and rectified the issue with the water and so the water is now back on for the property.
[Watson] are aware that the water is currently off on site and can advise you that a contractor has now been instructed to carry out the works.
For the attention of the residents that use the EV Chargers in the underground car park. If you do not use the EV Chargers or an underground car park space, you can discard the notification.
WARNING: Please make sure your parking permit is correctly filled in and has not been amended in anyway, as you may receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). New permits can be obtained from Watson.
Please be advised that the lift located in core 2 will be unavailable and out of action until further notice. A contractor has attended the site and has advised that a new part is required for the lift.
Following the recent fire risk assessment completed at Leetham House, and as part of Watson’s continued commitment to Fire Safety, [Watson] write to remind [residents] of the important fire safety information and policies that are in place at the development.
[Watson] have received reports in regards to suspicious activities attempting to enter the bike store. There are several culprits which are drawing attention to this issue and so we must ensure that everything which has been in use, including bike stores or main doors to the block are left locked when finished with.
